Noun
წარაფი • (c̣arapi) (plural წარაფები)
- extensive rocky outcrop
- long copse
- (Kakheti) unploughed strip between fields
- tsarapi (a wine variety from Kakheti)
Usage notes
The form წარავი (c̣aravi) found only in Čubinov 1840[2] is likely a misspelling. Later dictionaries of Čubinov have only წარაფი (c̣arapi).[3][4][5]
