Module:zh-pron "mn > tw:" (Taiwanese) vs. Module:zh-usex/data "TW" (Taiwanese) is probably not ideal in the long run.
The custom codes are also too far removed from the ISO codes.
We have C-GZ specifically in {{zh-usex}} for Guangzhou Cantonese. What would we do with the Hokkien dialects, which have pronounced pronunciation differences?

- summary +α: As shown by Module:zh-usex/data, different locations require unique transliterations, and templates need a way to be instructed (either for labelling or auto-transliteration). Either give them real codes, or use Category:Dialectal data modules?
