- The word has the same spelling, but one of them is a verb and the other one is a noun (in Old Norse too).

- My source (http://www.dokpro.uio.no/perl/ordboksoek/ordbok.cgi?OPP=v%E6r&bokmaal=S%F8k+i+Bokm%E5lsordboka&ordbok=begge&s=n&alle_former=on) only gives the Old Norse word. Shall I change the etymologies to "Etymology 2: Old Norse veðr (weather)" and "Etymology 5: Old Norse veðr (male sheep)"? 9E2 21:36, 9 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
