Hi Liggliluff, are you sure about this word? Can you refer me to the source where you found it? Google returns 9 hits, none of them are relevant. (It is a username of someone.) In English Wikipedia, unguligrade or ungulate is linked to Hungarian patások. Normally, in an adjective role, when used for a human being, it is written in two words, lábujjhegyen járó.
