The Latvian entries which you are adding lack the proper formatting. Your article for apmainīt should have looked more like this:

An article should start with a "level 2" (L2) header for name of the language (in your case, Latvian), then it should be followed by an empty line, then a "level 3" (L3) header for Part of Speech (for example, Noun, Verb, Adjective, Adverb, Pronoun...), then a "headword line" (see Wiktionary:G#H) which should have (at its very simplest) the form

where POS should be replaced by the part of speech (verb, noun, adjective, you name it...). The "headword line" should then be followed by an empty line, then a definition, which starts with a number sign. —AugPi 21:00, 20 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
