Hi,
I'm sorry that your introduction to the Wikimedia family of sites has not gone perfectly (mostly due to confusing Wiktionary, the dictionary, for Wikipedia, the encyclopedia). I believe you have a great potential to contribute though. You might want to take a look at: wikipedia:Help:Your first article, which explains how you can create articles on the English Wikipedia. It may also be a good idea to start by editing articles a bit first, before diving into creating new ones.

Thank you for reaching out. I expected my first contribution to be rejected in all honesty. But it has indeed been beneficial in learning, so it is not in vain.
