• θᾰᾰ́σσω (thaássō) — Epic

A contraction of the earlier Epic Greek θᾰᾰ́σσω (thaássō), found in Homer and the Homeric Hymn to Hermes, itself from θᾰϝᾰ́κψω (thawákpsō).
