1. (formal) signature.
   • 1934, พระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๗:

     มาตรา ๑๐ ถ้อยคำสำนวนต้องระบุชื่อศาล สถานที่และวันเดือนปีที่จด ถ้าศาลจดถ้อยคำสำนวนตามคำสั่งหรือประเด็นของศาลอื่น ให้กล่าวเช่นนั้น และแสดงด้วยว่า ได้ทำไปอย่างใด ผู้พิพากษาที่จดถ้อยคำสำนวนต้องลงลายมือชื่อของตนในถ้อยคำสำนวนนั้น

     Section 10 A memorandum must contain the name of the court as well as the place and date of its making. If the court makes the memorandum at the behest or request of another court, this must be stated therein, in addition to the statement as to how the behest or request has been proceeded with. The judge making the memorandum must set his hand to that memorandum.

     มาตรา ๙ ให้ยกเลิกความในมาตรา ๖๐ และมาตรา ๖๑ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา และให้ใช้ความต่อไปนี้แทน "มาตรา ๖๐ หมายจับ หมายค้น หมายขัง หมายจำคุก หรือหมายปล่อย ต้องทำเป็นหนังสือและมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้...(๖) ลายมือชื่อและประทับตราของศาล

     Section 9 The provisions of Section 60 and Section 61 of the Criminal Procedure Code shall be repealed and replaced by the following: "Section 60 An arrest warrant, search warrant, detention warrant, imprisonment warrant, or release warrant must be made in writing and contain the following:... (6) the signature affixed with the seal of the court.
