Possibly a -kka diminutive of Nuutti. The wine sense is based on the Swedish pronunciation of Nordfors (sounding something like Nuu(r)dfors if respelled in Finnish), while the plane sense is based on phonetic similarlty with the English word gnat as well as itikka (“gnat”).
