  1. Posture the dominant hand in the “open B” handshape on the sternum, dominant palm facing up, extended finger(s) pointing back.
  2. Move the hand down to the following posture.
  3. Posture the dominant hand in the “open B” handshape on the trunk, dominant palm facing up, extended finger(s) pointing back.
  4. Hold the hand still briefly.
