Yes, the template {{cu-decl-noun-o-n}} generates flawed inflection for nouns undergoing palatalization. Plus mlěko is uncountable so dual and plural forms shouldn't be listed at all. It and others inside Category:Old Church Slavonic declension-table templates were created as a proof of concept after the OCS grammar article, but they require more work. Each of them has a limited usage on a handful of terms.
