Please be careful when adding entries. You created an Arabic entry for تلمسان, but you used the language codes en and de in various templates for some reason. Acolyte of Ice (talk) 12:42, 27 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

The "+" is strictly for adding a link to an entry with the same spelling as that of the translation on the Wiktionary for the language of the translation. At genetics, you changed the Arabic translations to {{t+|ar|عِلْمُ وِرَاثَة|m}} and {{t+|ar|وِرَاثِيَّات|p}}. That added links to the pages ar:علم وراثة and ar:وراثيات at Arabic Wiktionary- neither of which exist. There is a bot that periodically adds and removes these, or I would have reverted your edit.
