• There's no established English equivalent for svetisismi, but the term "Sveticism" is used in translated articles on this topic.
• Sveticisms are particularly abundant in Finnish for two reasons: a) Finland was part of Sweden from 1323 to 1809 and b) there's a sizable Swedish minority in Finland and therefore Swedish is an official language along with Finnish.
