From Pali anācāra (“impertinence; misbehaviour”) or Sanskrit अनाचार (anācāra, “curious; devious; improper; uncommon”). Cognate with Khmer អនាចារ (ʼɑɑniəcaa).

     Section 319 Anyone who deprives a minor over fifteen years of age but still under eighteen years of age of its father, mother, guardian, or caretaker with a view to seeking profit or for indecent purposes shall, if the minor is willing to go with him, be liable to imprisonment from two years to ten years and a fine from forty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht.

     Section 366/2 Anyone who commits an act of indecency upon a corpse shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than two years, or a fine of not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both.
