From classical verb 出だす (idasu, “to bring forth”), applying the 義訓 (gikun, “meaning reading”) to 発出 (hasshutsu, “bringing forth”).

發出(いだ)す • (idasu) intransitive ^†yodan

1. to bring forth
   • Book of Genesis 1:11 (page 1)

     神(かみ)言(いひ)たまひけるは地(ち)は靑(あを)草(くさ)と實蓏(たね)を生(しやう)ずる草蔬(くさ)と其(その)類(るゐ)に從(したが)ひ果(み)を結(むす)びみづから核(たね)をもつ所(ところ)の果(み)を結(むす)ぶ樹(き)を地(ち)に發出(いだ)すべしと即(すなは)ち斯(かく)なりぬ

Compound of 膨れ (fukure, the 連用形 (ren'yōkei, “stem or continuative form”) of verb 膨れる (fukureru), “to swell, expand”) +‎ 出だす (idasu, “to bring forth”), applying the 義訓 (gikun, “meaning reading”) to 発出 (hasshutsu, “bringing forth”).

     麪酵(ぱんだね)の如(ごと)し婦(をんな)これを取(とり)て三(さん)斗(ど)の粉(こ)の中(なか)に納(かく)せば盡(ことごと)く發出(ふくれいだ)すなり

     Pandane no gotoshi onna kore wo torite sando no ko no naka ni kakuseba kotogotoku fukureidasu nari.

     It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
