I just wanted to point out that we have a standardised layout for entries which you're supposed to use, as it handles various things automatically (e.g. transliterations, categorisation and so on). If you take a look at the page 機微 you can see the changes I've made. Please also take a look at WT:Entry layout (which has tons of info, but most entries only need a few sections!). Also take a look at Template:ja-kanjitab, Template:ja-noun, Template:ja-IPA and Template:ja-see, which give info on how to use those specific templates, too, as they're very powerful and can deal with loads of different things.

{{ja-noun|てわたし}}. Additionally, you should include {{ja-kanjitab}} to specify the readings of each kanji, which further helps with categorization. I can explain how this template works if you'd like, though there is a thorough guide on the template page.==Japanese==, and each section should have its own subheader as well (e.g. ===Etymology===, ===Noun===). Hello, I saw that you added definitions to ししつ here. Since the use of {{ja-def}} to link to the lemma entries which have more content(i.e. as soft redirects) has already been replaced by {{ja-see}} and {{ja-see-kango}}, this isn’t the accepted way to add definitions now, which is why Eirikr replaced the content of the entry with {{ja-see-kango}}. I created some entries with your definitions, so that {{ja-see-kango}} would show them. This is also why {{ja-see}} is so powerful: it can automatically show the parts of speech and definitions of words recorded in the lemma entries, without needing editors to manually update them at the kana entries or alternative spelling entries when they’re changed.
Unfortunately, some outdated entries using {{ja-def}} haven’t been cleaned up and replaced with {{ja-see}}. It’s best to do that instead of adding definitions after {{ja-def}}. Mcph2 (talk) 13:27, 22 August 2023 (UTC)

With the exception of Chinese and Japanese (which have their own systems of headers and templates), all entries are required to have a headword template after the part-of-speech header. These standardize the formatting and allow for things like transliteration, but they also add the entry to categories. Without categories, there's no way to find an entry without searching for it specifically. If you go to the main entry for a language, such as Category:Khmer language, you should be able to navigate through the subcategories that are listed there to reach every entry on Wiktionary for every term in the language.
You also need to add proper headers and templates for etymologies. This is explained in our Entry layout page, which you were told about in July. 6 months later, I find myself cleaning up seriously defective entries like Khmer ពេញបូណ៌មី (pɨñ bouraʼməy). I could probably justify deleting such an entry as "no usable content give", but that would be wasting your sincere efforts and hard work.
Just to be thorough, I'll give you our welcome template so you can follow the links it provides and get a more complete understanding of how to do things here. You should also read the "About" pages for any languages you edit in, such as Wiktionary:About Chinese, Wiktionary:About Japanese and Wiktionary:About Khmer.

When you create a page like Khmer ពេញបូណ៌មី (pɨñ bouraʼməy) without using any templates, you're creating something that just looks like a Wiktionary entry. You really have to learn how to use the templates. Khmer has a full set of headword-line templates: see Category:Khmer headword-line templates.
