บุพการี

From Pali pubbakārī (literally “one who does first; one who is first to do favour”), from pubba (“first; primary; etc”) + kārī (“doer”); equivalent to Thai บุพ (bùp) +‎ การี. Cognate with Modern Khmer បុព្វការី (bopvɔɔkaarii).

     Section 28...if the spouse; an ascendant, that is, the father, mother, paternal grandfather, paternal grandmother, maternal grandfather, maternal grandmother, great-grandparent; a descendant, that is, a child, grandchild, great-grandchild, great-great-grandchild; the guardian or custodian; the person who has charge of takes care of such person ; or a public prosecutor makes a request to the court for a ruling such person of unsound mind to be an incompetent person, the court may rule that such person of unsound mind is an incompetent person.
