     มาตรา ๓๔๑ ผู้ใดโดยทุจริตหลอกลวงผู้อื่นด้วยการแสดงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จหรือปกปิดข้อความจริงซึ่งควรบอกให้แจ้ง และโดยการหลอกลวงดังว่านั้นได้ไปซึ่งทรัพย์สินจากผู้ถูกหลอกลวงหรือบุคคลที่สาม หรือทำให้ผู้ถูกหลอกลวงหรือบุคคลที่สามทำ ถอน หรือทำลายเอกสารสิทธิ ผู้นั้นกระทำความผิดฐานฉ้อโกง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ

     Section 341 anyone dishonestly deceives another by giving false information or concealing true information which should clearly be told and, by such deception, obtains property from the deceived person or a third person or causes the deceived person or a third person to make, revoke, or destroy a title document, that one commits an offence of fraud and shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than three years, or a fine of not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.

     Section 357 anyone helps conceal, helps dispose of, helps take away, buys, accepts a pledge of, or receives in whatever manner a thing which has been obtained through the commission of an offence, if such offence bears any of the characteristics of theft, snatching, extortion, blackmailing, robbery, gang-robbery, fraud, embezzlement, or embezzlement of things by public officials, that one commits an offence of handling stolen goods and shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than five years, or a fine of not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
