     Section 334 anyone dishonestly takes away a thing which belongs to another or which is co-owned by another, that one commits an offence of theft and shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than three years and a fine of not exceeding sixty thousand baht.

     Section 336 anyone steals a thing by grabbing or seizing it away in the presence , that one commits an offence of snatching and shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than five years and a fine of not exceeding one hundred thousand baht.
