Ongoing or not-yet-started tasks:

• normalizing whitespace (see WT:NORM)
• fixing obviously incorrect headers, such as misspellings (1), miscapitalizations (2), and obvious mistakes (3, 4)
• fixing incorrect characters (Wiktionary:Beer parlour/2019/April#Semi-automatic correction of characters)
  • in the Kurdish languages, replacing the sequence ه (ARABIC LETTER HEH) plus U+200C (ZERO WIDTH NON-JOINER) with ە (ARABIC LETTER AE) and instances of lone ه (ARABIC LETTER HEH) with ھ (ARABIC LETTER HEH DOACHASHMEE), as described here (mostly done)
  • fixing mixed Cyrillic and Latin script by replacing lookalike Cyrillic characters with Latin ones in Latin-script terms or transliterations or lookalike Latin characters with Cyrillic characters in Cyrillic-script terms (1, 2)
• fixing incorrect lookalike Arabic-script letters, for instance replacing ي (ARABIC LETTER YEH) with ی (ARABIC LETTER FARSI YEH) in Persian and Urdu terms (1), and the reverse in Arabic terms (2)
