     Caltrop oil
     Crushed caltrop ten dirham; ginger four dirham; sesame oil one cupful; fresh water fiteen cupfuls. Cook (this) in a pot on a low flame until the water is gone and the oil is left, (then) take it of the fire, strain it, and use it as an enema from the back or from the front by injecting it into (the rectum or) the urethra; and when rubbed into the pubic region, it resolves urinary detention.

     And if each soul that doeth wrong had all that is in the earth it would seek to ransom itself therewith; and they will feel remorse within them, when they see the doom.
