     Section 176 A voidable act shall, once having been avoided, deemed to have been void from the outset.

     Section 177 If any of the persons who have the right to avoid a voidable act in accordance with Section 175 has given confirmation to the voidable act, that act shall be deemed to have been valid from the outset.
