     Chén Yínkè shì wǒguó 20 shìjì zuì fù shèngmíng de lìshǐxuéjiā, tóngshí tā yě bèi shìwéi shì zhōngguó wénhuà tuōmìng zhī rén. Qí zài shēngqián céng yàoqiú zìjǐ de zhùzuò bìxū yǐ fántǐ shùpái de xíngshì chūbǎn, cǐhòu chūbǎn jiè yīzhí zūnxún cǐ yì bù chū jiǎntǐzì bǎn zuòpǐn.

     Chen Yingke is the most prestigious historian in 20^th-century China. He is also considered the man who continued the lifeblood of Chinese culture. When he was alive, he requested that his works be published in vertical Traditional Chinese, so the publishing world respected his wishes and never published his works in Simplified Chinese.
