เฝ้า • (fâo) (abstract noun การเฝ้า)

1. to have an audience (with), to meet, to see, to present oneself (before), to enter the presence (of), to wait (on), to attend, to tend, or to serve (a god, high priest, royal person, person in authority, etc).
   • Exodus 6:11, KJV:

     จงเข้าไปเฝ้าฟาโรห์กษัตริย์แห่งอียิปต์บอกให้ปล่อยชนชาติอิสราเอลไปจากแผ่นดินของเขา

     jong kâo bpai fâo faa-roo gà-sàt hɛ̀ng ii-yìp bɔ̀ɔk hâi bplɔ̀i chon-châat ìs-raa-eel bpai jàak pɛ̀n-din kɔ̌ɔng kǎo
